As a responsible event venue, we also want to offer our customers the opportunity for responsible catering for meetings, which flies the flag for sustainable development and a cleaner environment. We plan the catering for a responsible meeting so that vegetarian dishes are available more and more often, and seasonal ingredients come into their own.

In addition, we utilise high-quality organic ingredients and make fish choices responsibly. In the use of raw materials, we also pay close attention to different harvest seasons, which means that the customer’s plate always has the best ingredients of the season.
